Each of the charming cabins at Pinedale Resort sits close to the lake and has its own picnic table, charcoal grill, Adirondack chairs, fire ring, dock and outside electric hook-up. All cabins have a newer bathroom with shower and newer kitchen. All have propane furnaces or electric heat. Kitchens are equipped with everything needed for housekeeping, including a coffee maker and filters, microwave oven, paper towels, kitchen towels and basic cleaning supplies. Pinedale Resort offers full housekeeping cabins. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is included - toilet paper, paper towels, bed linens, and kitchen towels. Just bring your own personal bath and hand towels. The resort is limited-service, and is unattended during the week. A land-line telephone is available 24 hours a day for emergency calls, and a caretaker visits the resort frequently during the week.

The deposit is $250 for Cabins 1 and 2, $300 for Cabins 3 and 4, and $500 for Cabin 5. You may confirm your reservation with a credit card or personal check. Balance of rental is due on check-in for full length of confirmed reservation. In case of cancellation, deposit will be returned after rental date if cabin is rented for same stay and rate. No refund for early departure.

Rentals are for full weeks starting and ending on Saturday. Three-day weekends are available on Memorial Day and Labor Day. Check-in is 3:00 - 5:00 pm. Please inform us if you will arrive after 5:00 pm. Check-out is 9:00 am - sorry, early check-in and late check-out are not available. Please plan to leave your cabin neat and orderly upon check-out. We will charge a $50 cleaning fee for excessively messy or dirty cabins. Please, no smoking in the cabins. You may smoke outside. Please dispose of cold cigarette butts in the trash, not in the fire rings.

Cabins include space for one boat at your own dock. You may launch and dock additional boats for $50/week. No charge for use of rowboats, canoe, kayaks, or paddleboat. We do not rent boats or motors, but will gladly refer to local rentals. Preventing the spread of exotic species is very important to us. Boat owners must rinse boat, trailer, and live well before launch, and must launch their own boat. Guests who bring their own motor must mount motor themselves. Pinedale Resort is not responsible for damage to personal motors, boats, or trailers.

No charge for firewood – please be respectful of future guests in your use of firewood. Due to concerns about the spread of emerald ash borer, you absolutely may not bring your own firewood, including leftover dimensional lumber. Do not burn anything in the fire rings except firewood we supply. We will keep the firewood shed well stocked. We will charge a $50 cleaning fee for trash, cans, plastic or cigarette butts found in the fire rings.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval. Dog fee is $20/day or $100/week. We require a $100 damage deposit payable with cabin deposit, returnable one week after check-out. Owners must clean up after pets promptly, must keep them under control at all times, and must not leave them alone at any time. Crates preferred.

State law requires us to have the names and addresses of all guests at the resort. You may have day guests with prior notice. Day guests must self-register on arrival to comply with state law.

Sorry, no firearms, ATV's, fireworks, or motorized personal watercraft.
